1. Services Rendered
Mas Vashu Inc. offers the following services:

Any additional services agreed upon in writing
Each client engagement may be governed by this document or a separate service agreement/contract containing a summary of the agreed-upon services.
2. Definitions
“Work Begins”: The point at which planning, research, strategy development, scheduling, or internal preparation is initiated.
“Service Begins”: The point at which deliverables or public-facing execution (e.g., live campaigns, published designs, client-visible outputs) begins.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any work begins.
Billing is monthly, recurring on the same calendar date each month unless stated otherwise in writing.
Work may be paused or delayed if payment is not received on time.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once work begins as defined in Section 2.
Delays—whether caused by the client or any other factor—do not qualify for a refund.
For all refund-related matters, please refer to our Refund Policy, which shall govern in the case of any inconsistency.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide necessary content, logins, brand materials, and instructions promptly
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Use all deliverables and services legally and ethically
Avoid unreasonable delays or unresponsiveness that impact timelines or outcomes
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Mas Vashu Inc. remain the company’s property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights for final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Templates, internal tools, and proprietary methods are not included in this transfer.
7. Termination
This agreement is month-to-month and can be terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice.
Work already performed up to the termination notice is billable and non-refundable.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
If litigation occurs without mediation/arbitration, neither party may recover attorney’s fees.
If litigation follows a failed mediation/arbitration, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

At Mas Vashu Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality services across marketing, planning, digital strategy, virtual assistant placement, and website development. Due to the custom nature of our work and the immediate time and resource allocation involved, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1. No Refunds After Work Begins
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all service categories, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Business, marketing, or financial planning
Virtual assistant sourcing and management
Monthly services such as social media management, SEO, and email marketing
“Work begins” is defined in our Terms of Service as the point at which research, planning, strategy, or internal setup is initiated—even if no deliverables have yet been shared.
2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
A refund may be requested only if:
The cancellation is submitted at least 14 days before your scheduled project start date, and
Work has not yet begun and no back-end setup has been initiated
All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@masvashu.com and are not final until confirmed by our team.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For ongoing monthly services, billing will automatically renew unless canceled in writing.
To cancel and avoid the next billing cycle:
Submit written notice at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date
No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial months
We reserve the right to pause services if timely payment is not received.
4. No Refunds Due to Client Delays
Refunds will not be provided due to delays caused by:
Incomplete onboarding or missing documentation
Failure to provide necessary assets, logins, or approvals
Client unresponsiveness or schedule conflicts
We may pause or reschedule your service timeline until these issues are resolved.
5. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
In rare situations, Mas Vashu Inc. may offer a partial refund or service credit at our sole discretion. This is not guaranteed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may result in immediate termination of services and/or legal action.

This Website Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Mas Vashu Inc., a California corporation ("Company"), and the client purchasing services via masvashu.com ("Client"). By submitting payment and/or using our services, Client agrees to the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
This Agreement covers all services offered by Mas Vashu Inc., including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Social media management
Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Email marketing and automation
Business, marketing, and financial planning
Virtual assistant sourcing and management
Content creation (graphics, video editing, copywriting)
CRM integration and consulting
Consulting or strategic sessions
Other related services as discussed or offered by the Company
Mas Vashu Inc. may update or expand its service offerings from time to time. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each service will be communicated in writing or during the onboarding process.
2. Payment Terms
One-time services must be paid in full upfront.
Subscription services are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.
Work will not begin until payment is received in full.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the Client cancels at least 14 days before the scheduled project start date and work has not begun. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Clients may cancel any service by providing at least 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle or project start. Cancellations submitted with less than 14 days’ notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide all necessary assets (content, logins, branding, etc.) in a timely manner
Respond promptly to emails, drafts, and approvals
Cooperate fully to avoid project delays
Failure to provide timely input may delay delivery and affect outcomes.
6. Revisions
Revisions may be included at the Company’s discretion, depending on the service type. The number and scope of revisions will be clarified during onboarding. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Ownership & Deliverables
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the sole property of the Client. Mas Vashu Inc. retains no rights to the work once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Late Payments & Paused Work
If payment is not received on time, work may be paused until payment is made. Missed subscription payments may result in service interruption or termination without further notice.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, pricing, or business strategies shared during the course of the engagement.
10. Non-Disparagement
Client agrees not to publicly disparage Mas Vashu Inc. or its services. Constructive feedback should be sent directly to the Company through official channels.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mas Vashu Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, CA.
13. Entire Agreement
This document, along with any linked policies and service descriptions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
